can we please take this hour and talk about me?

i legitimately (illegitimately) have a problem with interrupting people. i'm probably seen as inconsiderate and immature. but i can't help it. when people say things and a response or appropriate story comes in my head like lighting i just have to blurt it out or it'll be lost forever. and that usually happens when the other person is still speaking. and they trail off after my thought-explosion with a look in their eyes like "did she really just do that?" and i clear my throat and ask them to repeat what they were saying in full, my mind at ease now that they can continue to speak with my usually relevant if impolite interjection in mind.
hmmmmm i want chinese. food. not people. necessarily.
