palanquin

day 11: your siblings.

i have two younger brothers, and they are incredibly annoyingfunnyfrustratingentertainingsmellyloudfreakypsuedomanlydisrespectfulimmaturerespectfulexemplaryintolerantimpatientlovingsmartstupididiotic teenagers.
sometimes they're my best friends and sometimes they're my worst enemies, but that's okay. they're both jocks, and i'm a reader. they think rap is cool, i think it deserves to be hacked brutally from the popular music canon. they think that shooting animals is fun. i think it's kind of disturbing. they think showering and brushing teeth and closing the door when they go to the bathroom is optional. i think they're disgusting. they think reading is for the silly and boring people. i think they're silly and boring for not liking reading as much as i do.
but still, we're more alike than we think. we would rather play outside than sit inside and do nothing, we would rather watch a good sports game than most tv shows, we love music and sing/listen/play to it CONSTANTLY, we all try our hardest to make each other laugh more than anything, we think grudges are stupid, and the only way we communicate anymore is through unintelligible noises.
if ever they were to see this, i would be petrified if i wrote something cheesy, so i won't. but i'll say this--i'm so glad i got the family i did. because let's face it, i wouldn't be able to handle sisters.

on another note, the reason it's taken me so long to update (AS I'M SURE YOU'VE ALL NOTICED AND BEEN REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT) is because i'm having internet issues on my littlecomputie. so i have to use the library computers. (which can be really entertaining at times--the guy next to me has been watching youtube videos for the past twenty minutes on his headphones, and every few moments will burst out into laughter or even talk to the screen. yep. he said "HAHA THAT'S SO SICK!" to his own computer, and all of us just kind of looked at him out of the corners of our eyes as he continued staring fixedly at the screen. wooooooohoo.) and i feel bad when people who actually have to do actual homework are waiting for computers, and i'm sitting here updating my blog. but i'm trying to get this thirty days thing done, and this whole internet thing is SUCKING. but whatever. you live, you die, you move on. inspirational thought for the day.

no songs, because i'm not on my computer.
k?
OKAY.
